Become More Aware in Sleep with Galantamine Lucid Dreaming

How many times have I heard that there’s no magic pill to greater awareness? Well, I may have to eat crow because I have discovered a natural brain supplement that does just that. I am talking about galantamine, and its proven power to stimulate your lucid dreams. Lucid dreams can be defined simply as dreams that you know you are aware and still safely confined in the sleep state. This is a unique frame of mind that can provide some amazing experiences for advanced dreamers.
In the old days, to learn lucid dreaming you have to develop your dream recall to a high degree, work on your memory to incubate a lucid dream, and learn to recognize signs that you are dreaming. Taking a lucid dreaming pill alone is worthless without mind training, but if you are practicing these skills and taking galantamine, the chance of success practically triples. Why does galantamine lucid dreaming work? Galantamine slows the absorption of an important neurotransmitter called acetylcholine. This improves the quality of REM sleep which is when most dreams occur. This affect has also been linked with improved memory and concentration in studies of people suffering from alzheimers. Add some choline – which is an amino acid that promotes the production of acetylcholine – and this natural supplement will greatly improve your chance of realizing “Hey, this is a dream!” Believe it or not, galantamine’s effects may even be more effective when paired with some caffeine. Caffeine reduces deep sleep, but not REM sleep. So with this combination there are more dream moments to become lucid in the first place.
Beware: if this is new to you, start with small doses. I encourage people to also ground their lucid dream practices with breathwork and physical exercise. Lightly tampering with brain chemistry at this level is harmless, but some people have experienced paranoia with too much galatamine in their system. If you are careful and respectful of your body and your sleep, you will be rewarded.
