Thoughts On The Subconscious Mind Self Confidence And Positive Affirmations

There is so much talk these days when it comes to dealing with the subconscious brain and the how it works in association with the subconscious mind power in order to work with the intricacies of the universe to bring about those things in our life that we desire for ourselves. Many of us have set out on the goal setting path yet have not been able to make those things come about in our lives that we desire as we have not been able to keep ourselves on track and to pursue to do those things that we know that we should do.

This is absolutely where being able to really get to grips with the workings of the subconscious mind really comes into play as we look to get down into the depths of the working of our brains to be able to really understand how we tick and then with this fundamental piece of information we can really start to work on our secrets to success and therefore propel ourselves forward to those high heights that most people simply dream of when it comes to achievement.

To achieve that which we want to achieve takes a certain level of thought awareness and when we go on to survey people we see that this seems to be something that is severely lacking in their lives. Many of us have dreams which will require high levels of positive thinking activities in order to make the level of achievement and so therefore we really should do what all top performers do and get ourselves a perform coach to help us on our way. This can in fact save us years when it comes to getting to the destination that we wish to get to in terms of our life’s achievement.

I live with using the positive thinking activities and the self esteem and feel that we should also consider how much thinking positive affirmations plays in actually assisting us to getting where we wish to get to in our lives, take time out to think about how much surety you have in your life as you are looking to move unstoppably forward to achieving that which you want to come about in your life. There are many books on the topic of self esteem confidence that we can read and then use the information within to help us move forward and having, being and doing all that we wish for in our lives.

It is true that many people find the subconscious mind power to be both simple and complex that some people say that we must only ask and receive. Yet to do that with complete self improvement we must work to restructure our whole way of KEYWORD to do this it is really good to study as much of the concepts we can about subconscious mind power, positive thinking activities & self esteem confidence.

What You Have to Notice about Self Esteem ?

Self esteem, a simple word with various definitions. But actually, there is a single idea that concludes the definitions. The ideais about how an individual sees himself. Someone’s self esteem is powerlessness in his/her life. It is as well as the regard that one has for himself depending on those success and powerlessness. The regard for someone’s self (or we called it self regard) can be decided by belief and emotions. Later on, it can influence someone’s action

There are two different types of needs with regard to self esteem. Those needs require respect. The first is respect from other people, while the second is respect for himself (or we called it self respect). Those respects are said to motivate one’s esteem and influence the way of an individual sees himself.

Definition Number 1

People considered self esteem as a state of an individual’s behavior based on his successes and powerlessnesss. But, this definition is no longer relevant, because it implies that self esteem is temporary and fully depended on the recent state of a person. In detail, someone has self worth when he is successful. But that self worth will be gone by the time he fails.

Definition Number 2

The next definition of self esteem is self worth which is stable and built through the years. It implies that someone’s self esteem is based on their competency to face any challenges and difficulties in life. It indicates that self esteem is inherent in one person and cannot be taken away easily by mere incapabilities. The person views himself as someone with worth because of his accumulated success and even by his incapabilities.

Measuring Self Esteem

To find out someone’s degree or level of self esteem, we have definitive procedures. Lately, there are two tests used for determining a person’s self worth and self regard. The tests are in the written form, namely Rosenberg and Coopersmith Self Esteem Tests. Someone’s self worth will be analyzed through the questions in both tests. The numbers of questions in both tests are different. There are around ten questions in Rosenberg test and above fifty questions in Coopersmith test.

For some people, self esteem tests will make them suffering, particularly people with high and low self esteem. Low self esteem in someone can direct him to the low confidence and insecurity. In the other hand, high self esteem can lead people to the state of having too much self confidence. To change the state of their self esteem is not an easy job, particularly if someone is used to it. It is completely different from the common belief in society. They are sure that the state of self esteem can be easily changed.
