Have you ever hoped that you will try self esteem activities? May be you don’t, but in fact that activities can make you consider good about yourself. As we know that things go by so fast currently. As the result, we have just a small amount of time to appreciate the work of oneself, let alone others. Inadequacy feeling is happened then. It is caused by the lack of approval from yourself for the things that you have achieved. If you also consider good about that, you must be very happy by identifying that you got all those abilities through your hard work. But, you should not limit yourself to only one aspect of life.

As the example, when you have qualification in singing and you conscious it, but you don’t feel confident in dancing. It may be caused by your expectation hope to have a similar level of talent in other respects. eventhough you are not as talented in other things or fields, you can still consider good about yourself.

Although you have an usual skill for a definite activity, but you are still better in other aspects. Please keep in mind that each person has their each special talent . You cannot only compete with others, but you have abilities s in other fields that only few people can survive .

Always giving yourself a pat on the back is a excellent thing to be done, as a form of approval that you did something well. You can also give yourself the credit due for you.

The fact that you acknowledge about your excellent achievements meanthat you have presented excellent approval to what you have done. It shows that you can acquire an approval from other people as well. reinforce your confidence and survival in society.
