As you live your everyday life following the routine that you have made for yourself, do you regard what is happening around you? When you take time to meditate which will be for 15 to 20 minutes, calmly sit quietly with your eyes closed and block out any interfering background noises. Focus on anything that works for you. Imagine your favourite place, a pleasant thought, or try to look into the sparkling yellow color of a sunflower. Picture this in your head, every detail you can without even really trying at all. A practitioner of meditation may experience an inner calmness, a area of tranquility in even the most chaotic times. A sound mind undiluted by stress makes your body a more valuable vessel. Obtaining a sound mind and body can bring about a whole new viewpoint and give new direction to your life and future endeavours.

Yoga is a popular method of concentration. It is a practice of combining mind, body, and spirit by using sensual postures and poses. Yoga is also a noted way to help get your body relaxed and flexible, but it is not all stretching unlike my Girls Socks need to be!

It is important to rethink the true nature of the subconscious mind, because the subconscious mind has more often been regarded as a frightening, rather than a helpful, corporative place to visit. You can write it down a number of times, and you can do this on a daily basis, to make sure that it reaches, you know where. You can also speak your desires out loud and record them if you wish,to replay back to you later, all the while truly believing that your subconscious mind can draw to you your heart’s desires. Feelings of fear, negative feelings concerning your success in life, feelings of resistance to change can sabotage the good work that we are doing of writing down our goals on a daily basis. If you want to change the direction of your life, it is paramount that your change your feelings. Feelings that are buried would resurface at some point in your life as negative experiences, illnesses and even major diseases.
Whatever we choose to focus our attention on would automatically manifest in our lives. If our attention is on our troubles or the injustices of the past they would become the trials of the present also. Why not put the focus of your attention on whatever good you want to come into your life, whether it be God, love, the right partner, health or wealth, and sit back and witness how you attract it into your life.
When you have taken the necessary steps to reprogram your subconscious mind, you now have to be alert to the many opportunities that come your way, as the Universe presents the right breaks for you to seize. You have to take action at the opportune moment and do what’s necessary. The Boss And You: Things To Remember

I don’t think there’s any person who isn’t at least a bit scared of their boss. I think the feeling comes from the mutual respect you have for the person, considering that he has the power to make or break your profession. If you’re suddenly caught in a situation where you actually have to sit and dine with your superior, you need to know the right tips to keep your cool and look stablethroughout. You can get points and credits by being proper.

1. Appear professional. This is the time I usually dress to impress, even if I’m eating with a person of the same sex. Try to put on something proper and neat, but avoid very attractive wear that tend to make your boss look underdressed. I suggest knowing exactly where you’re supposed to have lunch or dinner then wearing the appropriate attire. If you’re going out for lunch on a work day, you can just wear whatever you have. If changing for dinner, you may just replace your tie or shirt, but use the same coat.

If your boss asks you something, that’s the time you give an opinion.
