Have you ever wondered why some people seem to have everything their hearts’ desire and you can’t create the same? Do you realise that you may have pre-programmed hidden beliefs that may be sabotaging your desires, and that you can set life goals in such a way that they would energise exactly as you desire? Sometimes, you are your worst enemy. You notice it when you set a goal and can’t seem to come close to achieving it. This is because you keep sabotaging yourself by your hidden thoughts and negative thinking.
It has been biologically proven that people are who they are not because of their genes, but because of their beliefs! The thoughts, beliefs and feelings that we push and hold in our subconscious mind is what is responsible for creating the every day experiences of our lives. Herein lies the keys to lasting change. It is in these little known alleys of the subconscious mind that change can truly take place.
It is important to rethink the true nature of the subconscious mind, because the subconscious mind has more often been regarded as a frightening, rather than a helpful, corporative place to visit. It is wise to think of the subconscious as being more like the hard drive of your personal computer, a place for storing past memories and beliefs. Have you ever wondered why money never flows towards you? Is it because you believe that money is the root of all evil? The subconscious mind plays an important role in your life and represents a major opportunity for accessing and changing old habits of thinking and believing. If the conscious mind desires a goal that the subconscious mind disagrees with, you can guess which mind would produce the results. The subconscious of course! Making your subconscious mind your best friend instead of your worst enemy you can begin to change negative patterns from recurring in your life, and begin to start realising your dreams, instead of going through life as one great big day to day struggle.
When communicating with the subconscious , you have more specific and literal than abstract. For example your conscious mind may have a goal to be happy, however, without more clarification as to what happiness means to you, the subconscious is at a loss to assist in accomplishing that goal. Commands to the subconscious must be clear and precise, and must be in the present tense, as though what you are asking for is already a fact. First you must know what it is exactly that you want in life and relay the message clearly to the subconscious. A good way to do this is to write down precisely what it is you do want. You can write it down a number of times, and you can do this on a daily basis, to make sure that it reaches, you know where. You can also speak your desires out loud and record them if you wish,to replay back to you later, all the while truly believing that your subconscious mind can draw to you your heart’s desires. Ever heard about the Law of Attraction? When you go about your daily affairs you can also act as though you already have your heart’s desires.
If you have a working knowledge of muscle testing, it is great to test to see if the message is believed by the subconscious mind. If you test strong for the belief statement , you know that the desire was truly transmitted to the subconscious and that it must manifest. If you test weak, then you have to keep on having those positive thoughts, writing down those messages that you want to transmit. It’s best to do this when you are relaxed and not under stress. You can relax so much that you actually put yourself into a self hypnotic state.In this way the conscious mind would be out of the way and you would be in direct contact with your subconscious.
The feelings created from your thoughts are very important as well. In fact your feelings help make up your belief , so it is important to watch to see if you have any feelings of fear, disbelief or resistance that your dreams would indeed manifest. If you have, just try to release them in the full knowledge that your subconscious has the power to manifest your dreams. Berried feelings never die, they resurface at a later date as many of the illnesses and diseases that we have to face. Somehow, somewhere, in some aspect of your life, the effect of negative feelings stored in the subconscious will be realised. These berried feelings after smouldering and fermenting for who knows how long become apparent in the physical well being in some way.
Whatever we choose to focus our attention on would automatically manifest in our lives. If our attention is on our troubles or the injustices of the past they would become the trials of the present also. Why not put the focus of your attention on whatever good you want to come into your life, whether it be God, love, the right partner, health or wealth, and sit back and witness how you attract it into your life. However, you must pay attention as the Universe provides the opportunities for you to grasp, and do what’s necessary. For example, if you want the correct partner to come into your life, you can’t just sit at home and expect a person to walk into your home, although it has been known to happen. You would have to follow your inner nudges or intuition to do certain things at certain times. You may be guided to go to the park at a certain time, or take a trip in a certain season. Learn to listen to that inner voice. Just make sure that you truly want what it is you say you desire, you truly believe that you would receive, you act as though you have it already, and wait for the Universe to manifest your dreams.
